Application analytics
Measurement Blueprint
A written map of what your application should track, who owns each event, and which questions the data is allowed to answer.

Application analytics fails quietly when nobody agrees what an event means. Screens get renamed, properties drift, and the same user action appears under three labels across iOS, Android, and web.
A Measurement Blueprint starts with the decisions your team actually makes—activation, upgrade, churn risk—then works backward to the smallest set of events and properties that can support those decisions. We interview product and engineering owners, inventory the current catalogue, and publish naming rules that outlive a single sprint.
You leave with a living blueprint document, an ownership map, and a short migration list for the events that must retire. We do not install a new analytics vendor or operate your stack for you.
