Services described

This site describes informational offers for application analytics engagements—including measurement blueprints, path instrumentation QA, cohort rebuild studies, and analytics office hours. Listing a price does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and invoice.

No payment processing

This website does not process payments or provide checkout. Any payment arrangements are handled offline according to the invoice issued for an agreed engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain the property of networkinfrastructurex unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer or license as described in that engagement’s scope note.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competitive reuse, or misrepresent your affiliation when requesting services.

Disclaimer

Application analytics work improves measurement quality and decision clarity. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue increases, retention lifts, or specific chart results. Insights depend on the completeness of data you provide and decisions your team makes afterward.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, networkinfrastructurex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from advisory recommendations. Liability for paid engagements is limited as stated in the applicable scope note.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from site use or engagements are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do, unless a scope note specifies otherwise.
